All cards for prizing are English Lightly Played or better and certain cards themselves are subject to change.
**OCG Cards Allowed if ALL cards are OCG in main deck/side deck. Main deck or side deck cannot have a mixture of OCG and TCG**
**TCG foreign cards will not require physical English translation. Players will refer to Yu-Gi-Oh Neuron App for latest period accurate set and review for any ruling / period accurate errata. If any issues arise, call for floor judge**
**Asian English is allowed to mix in a main/side deck of TCG. Some white sleeve backings can been seen as transparent, sleeves will be monitored to avoid foul play. Plan accordingly.**
**Extra deck is an exception. It can have any language**
**Hobby League cards are NOT allowed**
**Note taking is not allowed with exception of mandatory effects/resolutions. ie Gold Sarcophogas, Future Fusion Etc.**
**Note taking during or after Trap Dustshoot effect/resolution is NOT allowed**
**Mind Crush will not reveal if all legal copies are public knowledge after discard/resolution. ie brain control is in grave or discarded by Mind Crush effect**
**End of Match Procedure: 3 Turns (Starting with 0 when time called). Player with most LP after last turn ends will be declared game winner**
**Finals of Single Elimination will play out**
**THOSE WHO ONLY WANT TO PLAY SIDES EVENT WILL RECEIVE A WRIST BAND UPON REQUEST**
**SPECTATORS ARE NOT ALLOWED, WILL BE MONITORED**
